Changed a fair few bits on my standard voodoo bantu and im pretty happy with it new bars, stem, hubs, cranks, gears and derallier added! Went from 3x8 to 1x10 with a 36t hope retainer chainring and shimano xt shadow+ mech pics will be up soon

ive read both autobiographies and watched a programme about brad aswell and a man on the program said that brad could have been great long before he was if he bothered to go to training. Also in chris froomes book he said that when brad won the tour its tradition to give bonus payments to your team mates from your winnings an he did that for everyone but chris and he threw a big party in paris after he won and invited loads of people including his team mates apart from chris. I think that is being a dickhead

Its a shame that chris froome is out of the tour now, i've been reading his autobiography and all the things that he'is been through to get to where he is now is incredible and makes me feel sorry for him that he's out. I've also learnt how much of an utter arsehole bradley wiggins is.

talking to girls doesn't come as naturally to some people than it does to others, im one of those people who it doesn't come naturally so I just find it hard to get to the stage of asking them out for like a date or to meet up or whatever cos I feel like I make the conversation awkward and stuff

yes, havent really had any proper contact with a girl in over a year, the only girls i talk to are friends girlfriends or the few girls i work with. Also being a dick to girls isnt in my nature. And it feels like im being ignored :/ thing is i have no confidence with girls either and if i get on well with a girl and if i ask to meet up it either doesnt happen or they just stop talking to me so im back to square one. Its just a shitty cycle that keeps going round

Feel like everyone is ignoring me and doesn't care about me anymore. Only one of my mates makes contact with me and wants to see me/go out riding or something but everyone else don't make contact with me. I have to start the conversation or message my other friends first to have a chat, but I don't really want to talk to them that much at the moment because it seems all they do when I see/talk to them is they take the piss out of me or whatever. Don't really have any contact with girls either so I've resorted to tinder and im not as lucky as dann is on their either so i just feel shit all the time. Shitting it about my A2 results too as i'm scared I haven't got the grades I need to go to uni as well. So to sum up im pretty much on a downer atm :/

George blake had the same problem on his echo 24 but on the non-drive side, new cranks and the problem was sorted. he did also try using a flappy disc on a grinder to remove some of the material that was hitting the frame which would have worked if he had cut it down more than he did

some pictures would be helpful how tight is the crank done up? as tight as it will go? maybe try taking off the crank and pushing the spacer further on and see how that goes?
