Helpdesk is a good way to learn and that's how I did it, this is the problem I find with graduates who are fresh out of uni and think that helpdesk work is below them, when in reality is it the frontline for clients, problems, troubleshooting and often an insight to how the company works which is critical knowledge for incident and change management. If the helpdesk role offers no progression in your career, no chance to manage yourself and make decisions then it's not a company worth working for or you're simply not taking the opportunities or making them happen.

Right, my dad had spotify on his iPad on a 48 hour trial. This has since ended and he needs to know the options for continuing to use spotify. I'm a little confused, I see there is a premium subscription which is only required for spotify mobile? Does iPad class as mobile? Also, I hear there is a free version with adverts - is this available on iPad? Never used spotify before but hopefully we have some users here?
