I remember monty bikes used to come with a card saying how much psi to use in dry and wet conditions, always under 20 in wet... For urban I run 35-40. wet natural 25? gotta have good tires. ON DAH STREETZ I only roll 110 psi.

I used to love my old metal crossover... until i broke it with my ankle on a crescent ilions ! strange they disappeared, I’ve just run a booster which covered the maggie for the past ??? years... seems to do the trick. Definitely makes you feel special that nice metal braided thing... now I run a clear trialtech hose, almost as special- I can see all the bubbles how fun!

rocktape, many different brands. I don’t believe the hype... lots of marketing behind it, has to be applied properly by someone who knows how/where to apply it. Otherwise just a piece of flexible tape on you. I like watching Andrei ride, natural power...good posture for comp bike riding. #GOREZZZZZZZ

word, which may be why all comp riders still ride with whatever weird future “hs-33” bendy snappy big piston rim brakes... any of those discs with trialtech pads will be as grabby as can be, the pad makes the difference between modulation and on/off... hence some riders riding with modulation pads front and on/off rear.

While street trials is spins, concrete and dabbing on your tire... I think they still use brakes sometime.
