yes. are you on a company computer? can you check the browser history maybe?
-
just tried this with the email of the company i work at: do a whois- search for your company's web adress (this: his_company_name.co.uk) at for example www.whois.net in case of my company the server address listed after "nserver" is one from the company that does our emails. no idea whether this works for you, but maybe worth a try?

isn't trial basically lifting bikes?

i'm back at appr. 40cm sidehops (no brakes) which i'm really happy with right now. i didn't ride for a few months in autumn/winter and basically lost all sidehop skills. my biggest issure right now is to get more comfortable with the sideways movement. so i can stay more parallel to the wall / move further back from the wall. and so i don't have to (at least partly) have to hover the front wheel over the obstacle.

the body was also burnt in another place first, THEN transported to the burn pit in front of his trailer. i don't think there's any more info available on the things you mentioned. no one but avery (then dassey) was ever investigated. the doc was not really of the investigative kind, more an overview of what's already known (mostly by family, defense and media), but no one was interested in.

i'd love one of those. probably a bit more stable to balance on top, but about 200 pounds.
-
i want some too. there are nice ones on amazon. but pretty expensive (more than €100).

i've been doing sidehops brakeless for some time. i'm using the back brake only to go up on the back wheel, find a balance point on the backwheel, then do the actual hop without brakes. i like it a lot, much smoother. i can get sideways movement much easier, so i don't have to be as close to the wall as with brakes, which makes things cramped. also it gave me sore muscles in my bum after two days.

do all cities have designated TGS zones or is mine the only one?

yeah, "facts". very little has been definitely proven. that's why doctor's usually don't recommend anything but a somewhat balanced diet (to healthy people). nutrition is only not complex if you read it with a goal: like furnishing a reason to keep eating steak only. also because of its complexity we have this kind of discussion about every few years: low fat 5 or 10 years ago, high fat now. and that kind of high-fat-orthorexia is a pretty new thing too (a fad), so even less is known. taking nutrition advice from studies with people who have fatty liver and broken insulin response systems is like taking yoga classes from someone who chose to live in a wheelchair.
-
nothing about nutrition is A-level. and definitely not linking nutrition to differences in dna. nutrition is notoriously complex and hell to test scientifically. in addition differences in human dna are astoundingly small. 1. study - well, heart disease is related to cholesterine. we've know that for a long time indeed. 2. study - they fed obese people with already damaged livers with a low carb diet. and the low-carb diet was (in short term) better for their system. 3. study - not saying that there aren't any correlations between dna and nutrition. but you can't get your dna-profile checked and the analyst tells you "eat more fish". basically, i'm not buying into your premise that carb-consumption leads to (abnormally) high-glucose levels in your blood stream and/or fatty liver in healthy people. that's what your pancreas is there for. i'm also not eating hospital food, if there's no reason to. and i don't think we eat less fat than before. low fat products are only affecting very few people. calorie consumption is growing for sure. and i can find nothing about the WHO and low carb.

i call bogus BIG time one dna nutrition. probably the same as blood group diets. also post a reputable link to a study about keto curing heart disease and diabetes.
-
you mean the sexting of the prosecutor part?
-
uh, now it's a race thing too? seriously, no one can persuade me that that low carb bullshit is anything else but a rationalisation of infantile eating habits. what's the average life expectancy of bodybuilders and inuit?
-
yeah, this case is special one. my point was mostly that it's easy to say what you'd have done if you were on the jury after watching some tv show. i assume when you're on a jury you're fed information in a very selective way.
-
i got the starch-story from bbc radio and just looked quickly for a link for it. it does sound a little more reputable than magic mushrooms... i thought the keto-thing was about that mythical stage of "ketosis". the other thing than "how to reduce calory intake" is how much damage you do in the process. a month probably won't do much damage, but still.
-
that link was just because your statement was about what bodies were supposed to be eating. i'm willing to bet if you lose any weight, it's because you're consuming less calories than before.
-
in this case, yes. mostly because the people involved have a strong motive, rather than just a broken piece of tape. but just saying, if i was in a jury and exposed to a different kind of information, i'm not sure whether i'd buy into the framing-by-police story.
-
seriously? this is eating like a spoiled 4 year old, rationalised with some bogus science. keto diets are a fad and go against everything that's been known about nutrition. i've been vegetarian for ages and eat basically carbs only and i've been fatter and leaner with the same kind of diet. what you want to achieve you can do easily with a bit of portion control / less junk food and an hour of exercise every other day. i've heard (don't know for sure) that people with jobs like yours (lots of walking... ) still put on weight even though being active because you don't have a constant pulse rate above 100/120 or so for longer periods of time, which is needed to burn off fat. http://www.popsci.com/adding-carbs-diet-helped-humans-develop-big-brains

worst diet idiocy ever!
-
the problem is, that "the police planted the blood" is in almost every case not a part of all things reasonable.
-
i've heard it's popular with bike polo players as well (though cable pull in this case, not hydraulics, i think)
-
i like the grey bars!

here's a link to that story. i think i got the info from a video of an interview of the filmmakers.
