at the bottom of the forums page? i guess that would work. i'm just complaining because i only log in to post or check the sales forum and mostly read without logging in. and i really liked the old "new posts" button which just showed the last 24 hours- no questions asked.

why don't you remove likes and new memberships and changed profile pics etc. from the standard activity stream? it's just annoying (also exclude posts in the car thread)

i have a tensionerless setup on mine right now. 22 in the front, probably 16 in the back (can't remember, haven't used the fourplay in ages - but i checked with the magic gear calc and it's probably 16) iirc there was another combination with an 18 ring in the front that was also pretty close. but for BOTH combinations i needed a pre-stretched chain - could only get the chain on with excessive force otherwise.

there's profile europe too (i've ordered from them before, went ok). there's a few mtb companies that have bmx style cranks - those might come with longer axles (octane one for example). otherwise i found it pretty difficult to find a longer axle for sale (mainland europe here). i think standard bmx is a bit longer than 5 inches and the longer ones for mtb are 6 inches.

before you run and buy new cranks, can't you just add a spacer? the axle of my standard bmx cranks is a little short too (a few mm on each side) but no problem whatsoever. stays thight. i'm not doing any big stuff though, no big drops or such. iirc the arcade does have a longer axle than standard bmx. and also profile have spare axles that are longer (but pretty expensive: 90€ iirc)

one of the main reasons i found "the ridge" disappointing was that danny carried his bike up to the peak, then long shot of his silhouette standing on top, just to have nothing happen then. if you carried it up there, do something with the bike. (disclaimer: didn't watch the belaey video and i'm certainly not re-watching "the ridge", so the above part is "iirc")

i had a drooling cat once too. he was awesome, but as soon as you started petting him, he would start drooling. he was beautiful too- all black and huge paws. but there was no way to pet him without getting wet. i miss my cats...

thanks for posting the english link. i didn't look for an english one, i assumed someone would have already posted it, if there were one. mark, he definitely does mention that. not sure. but he does put a lot of emphasis on properly paying the company's athletes, so they don't have to do shows and other side jobs. and further down it does sound a little bit he wants to get a new 20"-rider on board.

here 's some info in french. the guy sounds very ambitious. he wants to have (and properly pay) crossbow-pro riders in the top10. wants to found trial-schools for kids to breed new crossbow-pros. ... the frame is supposed to be available in june, only as a kit of frame + carbon forks. by the end of the year he wants to present a full bike comprised of all crossbow parts (including brakes and tires). supposed to be all high quality parts too.

i guess 2-dimensional trials is not the safest of sports.
