  1. And as they say, patience is a virtue.
  2. R32 without a doubt! But like Jarod says, there's a LOT better ways of spending £16k than on a car!
  3. You might be lucky, and get away with some fine rubbing compound and t cut on that. It looks like its just cut at the lacquer, not through to the colour, so hopefulyl wouldnt be too bad.
  4. Although, to be fair, unless it has the reciever's address on it, it doesn't mean shit? The reciept just says something has been sent to somebody. And we already know he sent 2 sets of pads out at the same time. Hopefully this is a lesson learnt to all sellers!
  5. Firstly, ditch the 6x9's if you have a sub, they simply don't work well together. Put the sub (or subs) in a box, and wire them to the amp. Then wire the amp to the battery and headunit. Sounds like you need to do some research before you go crazy. Look on google for boot builds or something. And just for the record, 1300w's of power doesn't mean anything really. Doesn't make it a good or bad systen.
  6. Touring cars > F1. Plus the support races are so so good (Clio Trophy drivers are NUTS!)
  7. Auto-Mod For Sale/Wanted topics are no longer allowed in New Members Chat. If you wish to post a For Sale/Wanted topic on Trials-Forum you need to read and follow this - http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....ounce&f=13&id=3 Topic Closed.
  8. I removed the last list of failed users' rights for 1 day, I thought this was what Mark agreed we were doing? Maybe I have failed my own challenge, and must ban myself for 10 days?
  9. Seeing as 90% of the forum seems to be on the London ride, I will temporarily replace Marky Mark, and dish out the bans (just 'cos I'm nice like that!). See you guy in 10 days!
  10. Glad you found what you were looking for, but next time, use the random small questions next time, for...well...random small questions!
  11. I've just decorated my room, and as such, I no longer have room for my desktop PC in my room, so I'm looking to get a laptop. However, I want to retain the link to my surround sound amp which I have my desktop PC connected to. I've been looking on ebay and ebuyer for some kind of wireless sound card or transmitter/receiver to replace the cable between the two. Ideally it would connect to a coaxial input, but i think that may be asking a bit much! I also have optical, or phono inputs on the back of the amp, so I'm pretty flexible. Does anybody have any recommendations as to what to use, or have any experience of wireless sound? I don't really want an FM transmitter, because from what I've experience from my girlfriend's ipod, its pretty crap, and you lose a lot of quality. If it's going to be really rubbish, I'll just have a trailing lead across my floor, but obviously I'd rather not do that! So far, I've found this, does that look any good?
  12. When did he say anything about black people?! Could have been anything; black cars, black birds, black holes etc etc...
  13. Fill it in with fake details? (Mobile number real, obviously!)
  14. Wow, that was some seroiusly old school stuff. Brought a smile to my face!
  15. Was that from the infamous SM Pissup Mk1? Oh happy days!
  16. Have you set up all your details on the router, such as username and password? Log onto the router using http://192.168.1.254 (quick google search, I think its correct), and go through the setup from there.
  17. What about changing gear, pressing the de-mist button, turning on air con, putting on sunglasses, changing track on a cd player, adjusting your rear view mirror...the list could go on. I very rarely have 2 hands on the wheel, its just not comfortable. I usually have my right hand on the steering wheel, and my left resting on the centre arm rest, with my hand on the gear stick. Does that mean I should be fined? I would contest that charge. Unless he caused an accident, then in that case he should have to deal with it. Its just a policeman on a power-trip. Its just a fine and points to the policeman, but to the driver, getting points on your license for drink driving is going to look very bad to an insurance company, and could possible even stop you getting insurance. I heard about a new law proposed today, although I doubt it will come through for a while. Apparently if you're caught speeding more than once, you will be banned (or lisence revoked, I can't remember which). This country is just going crazy!
  18. I thought everybody knew about these things by now....
