I'd highly recommend the 2011 Echo TR platforms, they are scandolously grippy and even gripped amazingly on my old running trainers!

I've just bought a new Bionic mod frame and which has bash plate mounts and wondered if I'd benefit anything by switching from my current bashring setup to a bashplate or if it's a bad idea?? I'm not too fussed on the weight side of things as the frame is gonna be a good 500g lighter than my current one but I was concerned about the possibility of the frame cracking if I do run one, and if not will I find myself bashing the rubber mount on the bottom all the time??

I've got both a mod and stock and tend to find the mod is fun for messing around on and having a play but when it comes to actually attempting new things and going bigger and better with my riding it always feels more fulfilling on my stock. Kind of stock for work and mod for play if you get what I mean!

Them 18v Li-on Ryobi batteries are powerful as f**k for the money. If you were gonna stick a couple of Hiltis on you wouldn't have a pair of maggie's rigged to push the buttons to run them!

Thats terrible, those Bosch drills are a load of pants. They wanna stick some Ryobi's on it with there Li-on batteries, be well fast then!

Depending on the level of the finish he wants you can either rub it down with some sandpaper to get a good surface for the paint to stick to and just spray over the top or (the way I'd do it ) remove any stickers, attack it with nitromors to remove all the paint (and lacquer on the chrome parts) then give it a rub down with some wire wool to smooth over any rough surfaces and spray it from a bare frame.

I need to change the cups on my try all BB but don't know how your supposed to remove the one thats on there. I assume it has something to do with removing the axle and/or bearings but can anyone point me in the right direction??
