This was at the beginning of the year and he's only given her one and completely messed her about regarding the remaining three (agreeing to meet at 7am three times and not showing at any of them, ignoring messages and calls). The three sessions are worth £80 and he's ignoring all her messages asking for a refund. Any idea hows the best way to get her money back? I know the name of the guy, his phone number, works facebook account and the gym he operates out of and potentially his address (same building complex as me oddly). I'd rather not get involved personally (incase it makes the situation worse) but if she has all that info what can be done that's going to be the least drama? If not you could get in touch and make an appointment and send your girlfriend instead to find out what's going on. I was typing extremely slowly and got beaten to it. Keep booking appointments with him, send things to his gaff, get people to park up outside his house. After a while up the ante. Get people to hack his accounts, get people to say things to him in the street. Then put a stop to It all for a while. He explained that he's been busy (training ha!) and apologises for not being in touch but unfortunately he can't refund her money as it was taken in the previous tax year, he's happy to finish the sessions though (how generous). The funny thing is that since my gf asked for the lessons and got no shows from him she's trained as a pt and is now more qualified than him (she's always had an interest so it's not like she suddenly learned stuff). She's off to the gym tonight and is hoping he's there. It's a total piss take as the only reason it's the previous tax year is because he didn't show up to scheduled sessions and then ignored her.
