Dann didnt you cry when i butchered the lupo coilys to fit the renault 5?

That's a little bit different now isn't it, I couldn't give a f**k if you died.

But when you went around a corner with some pace and the car bump steers into a car killing the family on board, that's when I start "crying".

At least with my death trap I'm only going to be killing myself when the roof caves in on itself..

In lighter news, picked up this for £50 with hosing. Its the DT £110 one. winnnerrrrrr

Moved to Newcastle.

Drove the Subaru up. It was radical.

My pads and general servicing items are here, the discs are at my mums 300 miles away. c**ts.

Been in Peru for the last week, all of the cars there are f**king hilariously shit. Literally every single car there is a badly modified piece of shit.

The 5 is for sale if anybody wants a cheap car on the standard deathtrap suspension not the deathtrap coilys...

Also any clue on what front disks to get on the front of the 182 that are a good price for performance?

Brembo OEMs can be had for £45 for the pair from here

Never used it before is all...

What front pads would you recommend? Was think of EBC reds, had them on my golf and they were fantastic, but what about on the clio platform?

That place is pretty legit - the guy who runs it (I think...) is the same person who's running Adam's old MX5 race car, and Adam's Mk3 used to belong to him too.  Genuine guy.  I think I've had a couple of bits and pieces from him through Adam before too.

Yep, he's a solid guy. Very quick delivery. Quite expensive though, can get cheaper parts elsewhere but sometimes he does price match. I ended up getting my parts elsewhere as sadly he couldn't match with another place.

Yeah George is a top lad. As said, I have his old car and he has mine. If the shit doesn't turn up, I'll refund you the £45 myself (Y)

Front pads - what will you be using the car for? EBCs are turd in general. George will likely have whatever you need on the shelf :)

As it happens when cleaning my brakes up the other week I discovered my pads are also 1144s.

Also experienced fade with them at Curby after a few back to back laps while everyone was having their dinner. Can imagine they'd be okay for the odd track day if you don't push them too hard.
