  1. It might, especially if he does it length-ways for a change...
  2. Maybe G cut himself in half?
  3. This is also becoming a problem at some motorcycle trial events.
  4. A TGS debate? I think this calls for a lobster dog post...
  5. I've always found the Magura red ones work fine.
  6. You were happy enough to post it here though...
  7. Funny how people release autobiographies so early. I guess perhaps it's done when the apex of the career is estimated to have been reached. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B004C055AE/ref=dp-kindle-redirect?_encoding=UTF8&btkr=1
  8. I went for the Holy Rollers on my Hex, but I opted for the 2.2 on the front. Really though it's not much smaller than the 2.4. Shame they don't do a 2.0, but I'm a bit old school like that. Arcade bars look good, hoping to pick up the same, just can't get on with the Trialtech bars for street riding.
  9. Clearly robbed it, wearing trackies like that.
  10. The ET was designed to run with the original Ashton forks, which had brake mounts for 24" and 26" wheels. These were fairly similar to Fattys but I think Fattys are possibly a little bit shorter. I always remember mine have very little clearance between the bottom of the steerer and the tyre. I have two still somewhere but never measured the rake on them or compared them to the Ashton forks.
  11. I use the same kind of mount that Ross suggested. I ever had an over-the-bars crash on a fast run at Chatel and the GoPro was ok! Better sound and the lighter weight helps reduce the shake.
  12. You gotta have a Brexit-related one in there!
  13. Loved it, really nicely done.
  14. What was Ali riding, a prototype Arcade?
  15. As I remember there are some walls and rocks at Splash Point on the seafront, maybe go there and explore. There used to be a bunch of riders years ago but not sure if anyone there rides these days.
  16. And they arrived expecting a sex show?
  17. Nice, I like the sunlight beams. If that's the container I think it is then I've wanted to go there for a while but never been. I was once specifically warned by the cops to avoid it, but that's before it was shutdown.
  18. I think the hard part here is generating interest and getting people to use it. You have a 'chicken and egg' situation where most people will download the app, see very few spots on there, then get bored and not use it again. You'd need to have some people really championing the idea and committing to building up a good database of riding spots.
  19. I can't be very helpful as I was mainly there to explore underground tunnels and go places I shouldn't, but the cable car up the mountain is good in Hong Kong. Also drinks and food around Causeway Bay in the evening is quite nice, and they have a laser light show over the bay in the evening. A shame I only had a few days as I'd like to have stayed longer. In Japan I had a few days in Tokyo around the Shinjuku area. Quite lively at night, pretty crazy area. Then I rented a car with a friend and drove north, stopped by the big Honda museum then went up to the area affected by the earthquake and tsunami 5 years ago. It's insane there, you can drive right through the red zone. From there we went north to find a derelict power station in the countryside and finally drove back to Tokyo for one night. We did want to go down to the suicide forest or whatever it's called, and also Mt Fuji, but again not enough time.
  20. Both awesome places - I went earlier this year, love them.
  21. Wow, as bar end anecdotes go that one is hard to beat. Duly noted.
  22. The unfortunate truth is that this is the best attitude to take. None of us here have any power, we're just duped into thinking we do, and so we cling onto useless hope while the same powerful people repeated butt f'ck us.
  23. Have we got any KTM 450 EXC owners in here?
