Sure he pulled out and shouldn't have but you were licking on (which car drivers never expect) and had plenty of time to react. Looks like he only just managed to slow down to me. I'd consider the driver lucky it wasn't a car he was pulling out on! ogre Posted December 7, 2014 Report Share Posted December 7, 2014 (edited) it was very tight, i was making a right after the incident occured, but i did yell at him some as i was passing because he accused me of 'going to fast' (i'm well within the speed limit, 17mph and have gps to prove it ). He parked up in the retail park i work at and said 'you cannot see bloody bikes' he accused me 'you don't look for other bloody people' bear in mind i have a cree light on flashing mode the whole ride through the town part of my journey. and shamelessly high viz gloves on.
